# Configuring Your Timezone

## Learn how to set the timezone used for timestamps across your portfolio and which display options are available per user.

TWAICE lets you control how timestamps are displayed across your portfolio. This setting is configured individually for each user and can be updated at any time.

### How to configure your timezone

1. Open **Account Settings**.
2. Select **Date & time** from the left menu.
3. Under **Timezone**, open the dropdown and choose your preferred option.
4. Click **Save**.

### Available options

You can choose how timestamps are displayed from three options:

- **Storage time** Timestamps are displayed in the local timezone of each storage system. This is the default setting.
- **Browser time** Timestamps follow the timezone of your browser.
- **A specific timezone** Timestamps are displayed in a fixed timezone of your choice (for example, Coordinated Universal Time).

This setting applies to all storages in your portfolio.

⚠️ **Important:** Your timezone setting does **not** affect daily summary calculations and recurring reports. Daily aggregates (for example, on the Recoverable Energy page) and reports are always calculated and displayed in each **storage's local timezone**, regardless of the timezone you select.

This ensures daily summaries remain consistent and aligned with the actual operating day of each storage system.
